Meet Courtney Jacobs, Director of School Contracts
Courtney is passionate about helping children communicate with confidence and ensuring schools have access to high-quality therapy services. Her journey as a speech-language pathologist began when she job-shadowed an SLP and witnessed firsthand the frustration of a child struggling to express himself—and the hope that therapy could bring. That moment hooked her, and she has been dedicated to making a difference in children’s lives ever since.
With experience in treating motor speech disorders, unintelligible speech, developmental language delays, fluency disorders, and executive function challenges, Courtney understands the unique needs of school-based therapy. She is committed to helping schools implement effective programs that empower both students and educators.
Her favorite part of working with schools? Encouraging teachers and caregivers by showing them how they are already helping students thrive. She believes that every child has the potential to grow, and with the right support, they can achieve incredible progress.
