We’ll Call You to Learn More
Our team will reach out to schedule a phone call at a time that works for you. During this consultation, we’ll:
- Get to know your child and your goals
- Explain how virtual therapy works
- Review your insurance benefits and any costs (if applicable)
- Answer questions about whether teletherapy is the right fit
If everything feels like a match, we’ll schedule your child’s initial evaluation.
Complete the Initial Evaluation
Before the evaluation, you’ll receive an email with your online meeting link, instructions for logging in, and any paperwork we need. On the day of your appointment, you’ll meet your therapist for a friendly, thorough evaluation. Afterward, we’ll share results, recommendations, and the best plan for your child.
Start Ongoing Therapy
If ongoing therapy is recommended, we'll match you with a rockstar therapist who is a great fit for your child and begin working toward clear goals—using home routines and activities to build real-life progress.
