at TeamUp Therapy
Build a Meaningful Career Helping Georgia’s Kids Thrive
TeamUp Therapy exists to make high-quality pediatric therapy accessible to every child—no matter where they live. Through our virtual model, we support families across Georgia and give therapists the freedom, connection, and purpose they crave in their careers.
We believe children grow best when therapists and caregivers work as a unified team, and we invite you to join us in making that possible for families across the state. When you work at TeamUp Therapy, you become part of a mission-driven practice that is passionate about delivering family-centered pediatric therapy.
If you’re a skilled, compassionate pediatric SLP or OT who wants flexibility and a supportive private-practice environment, we’d love to meet you.
Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver family-centered and ultra-convenient therapy to children in Georgia.
Our Vision
Our vision is to ensure every child receives the therapy they deserve – no matter where they live.
Our Philosophy
We believe therapy should be effective, accessible, and empowering for both children and their families. We meet children in their natural environment and equip caregivers with real-life strategies they can use long after the session ends.
As a member of our team, you’ll feel that same level of support. We value collaboration, transparency, and genuine connection. Even though our work is virtual, you’ll never feel like you’re doing it alone!

Why TeamUp Therapy Exists
TeamUp Therapy was built from lived experience, not just a business plan. The practice is owned and led by siblings Ashley and Chris Moates, whose youngest sister, Anna, has Down syndrome. Growing up alongside Anna gave them a front-row seat to the impact of exceptional therapists and deeply involved caregivers working together as a team.
Their family often referred to Anna’s support system as Team Anna, a group of parents, siblings, therapists, teachers, and advocates who showed up consistently, celebrated every milestone, and believed in what was possible. That belief is what inspired TeamUp Therapy.
Ashley and Chris created TeamUp Therapy to make that same team-based, family-centered approach accessible to children across Georgia, while also building a place where therapists feel valued, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work.
When you join TeamUp Therapy, you are not just filling a role. You are becoming part of a mission rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that when therapists and families truly team up, children thrive.
Benefits of Teaming Up with Us
We believe therapists deliver their best care when they have freedom and genuine support. If you’re looking for a position that lets you design your work around your life, this may be the perfect fit. Here’s what our team loves most:
Radical Flexibility
Work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Enjoy the freedom to choose the days and times you want to work so your schedule aligns with your life, energy, and personal commitments.
Ownership of Your Caseload
You decide your ideal caseload volume, and we build around that. You’re never assigned clients without your input, and you always have the option to grow your caseload over time.
Private Practice Without the Commute
You get to work with the populations you’re passionate about, including children with autism, Down syndrome, and developmental disabilities. It’s the clinical fulfillment of private practice, with the convenience of teletherapy.
Our Core Values
Empower
Families
We focus on equipping caregivers with tools, strategies, and knowledge to actively participate in their child’s therapy journey.
Solve
Problems
We believe in taking initiative. When challenges arise, we encourage team members to think critically, explore solutions, and take ownership of their tasks.
Communicate
Clearly
Clear, open communication forms the backbone of our relationships, both with each other and the families we serve. We prioritize transparency and responsiveness in our interactions.
