• Why did you decide to become an SLP? I decided to become a SLP after working at a school for children with significant behavior concerns. I saw the connection between behavior and communication and knew I wanted to provide communication support.

  • What is your SLP superpower? I enjoy working with students with behavioral needs related to their communication. I feel that I have a strong background in providing parent coaching with both early intervention and higher support needs populations

  • What do you like to do for fun? Reading, gardening, baking, spending time with my family

  • What do you love about TeamUp Therapy? I love that TeamUp provides an opportunity for families in rural areas to access high-quality services. As someone who grew up in a rural area in Florida, I understand the hurdles to accessing quality care.
