• Why did you decide to become an OT? I made the shift from teaching elementary school to occupational therapy, recognizing that this path would enable me to take a more holistic approach to supporting children. Through OT, I can focus on developing functional skills that foster independence and create greater opportunities for engagement in meaningful activities.

  • What is your OT superpower? My OT superpower lies in empowering children and teenagers to build confidence, advocate for themselves, and develop essential functional and social skills that set them up for success.

  • What do you like to do for fun? In my free time I enjoy taking yoga and pilates classes, bike riding, playing board games, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Zoey.

  • What do you love about TeamUp Therapy? I love the passion within the mission and vision of TeamUp Therapy and the organization and structure of the company.
