Why did you decide to become an SLP? I initially started college thinking I would be an accountant. During my first year, however, I spoke with a Speech Language Pathologist who told me so many great things about Speech Language Pathologists that I changed majors. As an SLP I am able to work with children and help them to communicate. I love to see the progress children make in therapy and how better communication skills enhance their relationships with others.
