Why did you decide to become an SLP? It was the perfect blend of the medical and educational fields for me! There are so many different specialties and always new things to learn as an SLP. Connection to others is so vital for all of us, regardless of how we communicate. I love being able to help families communicate and connect, while celebrating the everyday wins!

What is your SLP superpower? Creativity! I love finding new ways to help clients build connection, language, and confidence. Building communication should be fun and functional for the family as a whole to have optimal success with their goals.

What do you like to do for fun? traveling to new places, going on walks with friends, trying out different hobbies!

What do you love about TeamUp Therapy? I love being able to get a better glimpse of daily life of these families through teletherapy! Knowing what is doable for families and motivational for the kids is a big part of ensuring the skills I’m helping them to grow will be carried over outside of our therapy time.
