Why did you decide to become an SLP? Becoming a speech-language pathologist has always felt like a natural fit for me. Since childhood, I knew I wanted to work with children in a meaningful way, and I found that empowering kids to communicate has always been especially rewarding to me.

What is your SLP superpower? My SLP superpower is connecting with children and parents where they are and finding meaningful real-life connections that make therapy more engaging and functional.

What do you like to do for fun? My idea of fun usually involves cozy, quiet moments and binging old sitcoms.

Areas of interest: My areas of interest include articulation, AAC, parent coaching, and language development for students in the later primary and upper elementary grades.
