Why did you decide to become an OT? While I was in middle school, my grandma received occupational therapy following a stroke. Her home health occupational therapist let me observe the sessions, and I’ve been on the path to OT ever since!

What is your OT superpower? My OT superpower is the skill of adaptation! I love finding solutions by modifying the situation, environment, or process so that every individual can participate and succeed in what matters most to them and/or their family.

What do you like to do for fun? I love going to sporting events, family game night, crafting, and decorating cookies!
I’m originally from Buffalo, so naturally I am a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan and even have season tickets to games back home. Outside of that, you can usually find me exploring around town. I love the Atlanta BeltLine, spending time in Roswell and Alpharetta, and we also spend a lot of time out on the lake.

What do you love about TeamUp Therapy? Flexibility for families to get the services tailored to their exact needs without having to commute.

Areas of interest: I’ve been an OT since 2009 and I’ve worked in a variety of settings including school-based therapy, outpatient therapy, and home health. My areas of interest include handwriting, body coordination (fine and gross motor), regulation, reflex integration, self-help skills such as getting dressed and tying shoes, and recovery from hand/arm injuries.
